If you like the estimate and decide that Rob's Renos is right for you, we'll sign a contract and get things started.

We will then work together to create plans for the project, including creating virtual 3D models, until you are satisfied that they will fulfill what you have in mind. This plan will include a detailed floorplan in 3D, your favourite features, specific details that matter to you, how we will manage the finances, cost-saving options, and the details of the timeline.

I can take it from there with completing the work and applying for a building permit, bringing in plumbers and electricians, if needed, and getting inspections. My goal is to deliver the results you are eager to see, while making the process as stress-free for you as possible.

We will chat whenever strategies need notable adjustment, and document any changes.

I’ll send your estimates, invoices, and receipts electronically, and payments can be made by e-transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque.
